Unbelievable service and customer relation. I had been looking for a specific vehicle for awhile. I found one advertised here. I went down to look at it, it was an older vehicle in nice shape, high mileage but for what I had to spend and what I needed, it was excellent. I test drove it, everything worked as it should, visually it was not perfect but again, price and need. I was very hesitant to buy it, based on a few reviews, a few days later I paid cash and with my Title in hand and an "as is sale", off I went. Approximately 1 mile from the facility, I broke down. I was livid and ready for a battle. It never came, Vic stepped right up and said they would take care of it. I left the vehicle at his facility and he called me the next day to pick it up. They not only corrected the problem but also another minor issue that they came across. I was ecstatic. I must say when your buying a used vehicle, its a crap shoot. Most are bought at auctions then cleaned up, inspected for safety issues or obvious problems and placed on the market. As far as pricing and negotiating, they had this one at a good price, he barely came down from his original price but his asking price was great. You can't always make an amazing deal. If its what you want and you know its a good price, buy it, dont scrooge over a few bucks. As for cars breaking down after leaving, unfortunately that's gonna happen. They are used vehicles with no warranty, of which is agreed on before purchasing. Imagine if every dealer fixed every issue with used vehicles they sold, they wouldn't be in business very long. All I know is they treated me amazing and my family and grandchildren have 0 complaints. I would definitely buy from them again. As a side note, I just took this vehicle on a 3,200 mile 2 week trip to Florida across the panhandle with no issue at all, the trip from a vehicle standpoint was smooth as silk. Thanks to the Father and son team for making this old man believe values and integrity are alive and well right here.

All of them are very nice and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed the process was very easy. I would buy a car from them every time I highly recommend them very honest people.
